    This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Ain Temouchent, using a job satisfaction questionnaire and an organizational commitment questionnaire that were applied to a purposive sample of 80 administrative employees. This study was based on the descriptive approach. After analyzing the results statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 20) (Cronbach's alpha, t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance). The study concluded that: _ There is a statistically significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among administrative workers at the Ain Temouchent Gas and Electricity Distribution Company. _There were no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction attributable to gender among administrative workers at the Ain Temouchent Gas and Electricity Distribution Company. _ There are no statistically significant differences in organizational commitment attributable to the educational qualification variable among administrative workers in the gas and electricity distribution company.

    This study aimed to explore the relationship between organizational silence and organizational trust among employees in a specific institution. It adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and utilized statistical tools for data analysis. The results indicated a moderate, statistically significant positive correlation between organizational silence and trust—higher trust levels were associated with higher silence. Significant differences in organizational silence were found based on gender, whereas trust levels did not significantly vary by gender. Literature suggests that years of experience may influence trust levels. The study recommends fostering organizational trust to reduce silence and promote a more transparent work environment.

    This study aimed to investigate the level of social representations among sports club coaches regarding training children with autism. A descriptive approach was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of the study. A purposive sample consisting of 30 coaches from the multi-sports complex in Ain Témouchent was selected. To collect data, a questionnaire was designed to measure the social representations of the coaches. After recording the scores, they were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences . The study concluded that there is a high level of social representations among sports club coaches regarding training children with autism. Additionally, no statistically significant differences were found in the level of social representations between coaches based on age and sex and experience variables.

    The present study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) program in enhancing self-esteem among patients with scoliosis. The study included two female cases who were subjected to the CBT program, which was adapted by the two students from established. cognitive-behavioral techniques and validated by professors at the University of Ain Temouchent. The Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (developed by Stanley Coopersmith in 1967) was used as the primary assessment tool. To test the study's hypotheses, a clinical and quasi-experimental methodology was adopted with the targeted sample. The findings concluded that the cognitive-behavioral therapy program was effective in improving self-esteem in scoliosis patients, as evidenced by comparing the results obtained before and after the application of the program to both cases.

    This study to identify organizational leadership and its relationship to job performance among nurses of the public hospital of march 19,1962 in Beni Saf, Ain Temouchent Province. The organizational leadership and job performance questionnaire was used and applied to a random sample of 135 male and female ح nurses.     This study aimed to explore the relationship between training and professional competence among primary school teachers. It employed the descriptive statistical method, which serves the study’s objectives. The research was conducted on a sample of 70 primary school teachers. To gather data, a questionnaire was used. After distributing and analyzing the collected data, the following results were reached: There is a correlation between training and professional competence. There are differences in competence based on gender, in favor of males. There are no differences in competence based on educational level. There are no differences in competence based on years of experience.

    This study aimed to identify organizational agility and its relationship with job satisfaction among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University. It also sought to measure the levels of organizational agility and job satisfaction, as well as to reveal differences based on gender and professional experience. The study adopted a descriptive methodology and utilized a questionnaire consisting of 55 items divided into two sections: the first related to organizational agility with 25 items, and the second concerning job satisfaction with 30 items. The questionnaire was structured into three parts: personal data (gender, age, educational level, years of experience); organizational agility, which included five dimensions (agility sensing, flexibility and speed, adaptation to the environment, strategic sensitivity, and ability to exploit opportunities); and job satisfaction, composed of four dimensions (salary, promotion, supervision, and performance effectiveness). A five-point Likert scale was used to assess participants’ responses. The results revealed a positive relationship between organizational agility and job satisfaction, with statistically significant differences in certain dimensions such as promotion and supervision based on gender and professional experience.

    This study aimed to identify the role of training in improving the performance of employees in the Civil Protection Directorate of Ain Temouchent, using a training questionnaire and a job performance questionnaire, and applying them to a purposive sample of 80 workers. The data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS20). The results were as follows: There is a strong relationship between the effectiveness of training and job performance. There are no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of training attributable to the age variable. There are no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of training attributable to the seniority variable. Keywords: Training, Job Performance, Civil Protection, Employees.

    This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational trust, as one of the factors influencing professional achievement and job stability, among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent. Additionally, the study sought to determine the variables affecting organizational trust and job stability, represented by: age, gender, educational level, and professional experience. To achieve the objectives of this study, the two students used the descriptive method. To collect the necessary data, a questionnaire containing 51 items was used, distributed across two variables: organizational trust and job stability. The tool was applied to a sample of 80 employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent. To test the study hypotheses, the following statistical methods were used: Percentages, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, independent samples t-test, ANOVA test, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and multiple regression analysis, all conducted using the SPSS program. The results showed the following:  The level of organizational trust is high.  The level of job stability is high.  The dimensions of organizational trust contribute to predicting job stability among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Aïn Témouchent  There are no statistically significant differences in organizational trust attributed to gender among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent. 9  There are no statistically significant differences in job stability attributed to gender among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.  There are no statistically significant differences in organizational trust attributed to age among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.  There are no statistically significant differences in job stability attributed to age among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.  There are no statistically significant differences in organizational trust attributed to professional level among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.  There are no statistically significant differences in job stability attributed to professional level among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.  There are no statistically significant differences in organizational trust attributed to professional experience among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.  There are no statistically significant differences in job stability attributed to professional experience among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.

    The aim of the current study is to investigate the relationship between sleep disorders and managerial creativity among the employees of belhadj university .the study reached the following conclusions: The study hypotheses were formulated as follows : *There is q statistically significant correlation between sleep disorders and managerial creativity among the employees of belhadjbouchaib university in ain temouchent . *To what extent do sleep discorders affect managerial creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university aintemouchent. *There are differences in the levels of sleep disorders and managerial creativity based on age , gender , and years of experience. The level of sleep disorders among the employees of belhadjbouchaib university in ain temouchent is high . The level of managerial creativity among the employees of belhadjbouchiab university in ain temouchent. The study sample consisted of 120 employees from belhadjbouchaib university in aim temouchent .in order to achieve the study's objectives and validate the hypotheses , two research instrument focused on sleep disorders, developed by dr . anwaral-banna( 2007). Initially ,the tool contained 41 items .it was first submitted to expert reviewers for validation , resulting in the removal of some statements. The final version of the scale consisted of 39 items. It is important to note the original scale was standardized on a Palestinian sample , which implies that it may not be fully suitable for application in different societies or environment without restandardirdization or assessing its appropriateness for the new context . therefore , the exploratory study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the sleep disorder scale and its applicability in the Algerian context . these psychometric properties refer to essential aspects such as vatidity and reliability . thereliability of the scale was confirmed using various methods , leading to the final version containing 39 items. The managerial creativity scale included 27 items and was adaministered to the study sample of 120 employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent .this was done after confirming the psychometric properties of the tool and ensuring its appropriateness and suitability for the main study. We relied on the statistical calendar for social sciences and spss in the statistical analysis, and the following results were reched: *There is a statistically significant correlation belween sleep disorders and administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent. *Sleep disorsersqffectmanagerial creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university aintemouchent *There are statistically differences in sleep disorders and administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent , explained by the variables of age , gender ,and seniority. *The level of sleep disorders among employees at belhadjbouchaibuniversity in aintemouchent is low . *The level of administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent is also low. The obtained results were interpreted based on previous studies as well as the theoretical framework of this study . In addition, several veriables( age , gender, educational specialization , years of experience , and marital status) were mentioned as potential factors inftuencing the presence or absence of a relationship between sleep disorders and administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaibuniversity in aintemouchent . the study concluded with a general summary, highlighting its contribution to society , along with several recommendations and suggestions for future research.

    This study aimed to explore the nature of self-awareness among drug-addicted adolescents at the El Wassit Center for Addiction Treatment in the Ain Témouchent province. The clinical approach was adopted to analyze three cases of adolescents addicted to ""Tramadol,"" ""Rocket,"" and ""Hashish,"" using diagnostic interviews and the application of a self-awareness scale. The results refuted the hypothesis of low self-awareness in addicted adolescents, and the findings were interpreted in light of previous studies.

    This study aims to examine the effectiveness of behavioral therapy (TEACCH program) in reducing aggressive behavior in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The sample consisted of four diagnosed cases of autism. A combination of clinical and quasi-experimental methodologies was adopted, using a set of clinical tools for data collection, including: an observation grid, clinical interview, direct observation, as well as the Autism Spectrum Disorder scale to determine the severity level of each case. The Aggression Scale was also applied in both pre- and post-treatment assessments. Based on the hypothesis results, it was found that the fourth case responded better to the treatment compared to the others due to younger age. In other words, the younger the child, the more effective the treatment response. Therefore, the hypotheses related to aggressive behavior were scientifically supported.

    This study aimed to explore the impact of drug addiction on the development of neurotic or psychotic disorders in young drug addicts, as well as the impact of the duration of addiction, the type of drug, and psychological and social factors. It also aimed to explore the impact of drug addiction on the development of comorbid disorders in young drug addicts. To achieve these objectives, we selected a research group consisting of two (02) male subjects, aged 21 and 30, from the Al-Waist Addiction Treatment Center in Aim Temouchent. We used a clinical approach and case study method, and applied the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). The results showed that drug addiction contributes to the development of neurotic or psychotic disorders in young drug users. The duration of addiction also influences the development of neurotic or psychotic disorders, as does the type of drug. We concluded that drug addiction contributes to the development of comorbid disorders in young drug users.

    This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational identification and job engagement within public-sector companies. It was conducted among a sample of 80 administrative employees from the gas and electricity distribution company (Sonelgaz) in Aïn Témouchent. To achieve the research objectives, a descriptive approach was adopted, using two validated instruments: – The Organizational Identification Questionnaire developed by Haroun Djamaa Abdelhafid, – And the Job Engagement Questionnaire designed by Fadel Ahmed Chehnaz. The key findings of the study are as follows: A high level of both organizational identification and job engagement was observed among the participants. The dimensions of organizational identification significantly predict the level of job engagement. No statistically significant differences in organizational identification were found based on gender, seniority, or educational level. Similarly, job engagement did not differ significantly according to gender or seniority. However, statistically significant differences in job engagement were found with respect to educational level. The results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and compared with findings from previous studies. The research concludes with a set of practical recommendations and proposals aimed at strengthening employees' organizational attachment and enhancing their professional involvement.

    This study aimed to identify the application of digitization and its relationship to the quality of work life among education employees in the province of Sidi Bel Abbes, We adopted a descriptive approach and applied two questionnaires to collect data on the two variables (digitization and quality of work life). The digitization questionnaire prepared by Dhuyu Fadhila and Shakhma Basma (2022) was adopted, and the quality of work life questionnaire prepared by Ben Khaled Abdel Karim (2017) was adopted due to the convergence of studies. The study community consists of education employees for the state of Sidi Bel Abbes, and the study sample amounted to (80) employees in the Education Directorate for the state of Sidi Bel Abbes. We also relied on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and Humanities (SPSS) version 26 to analyze the data , and we reached the following results: ــ There is a statistically significant correlation between the application of digitization and the quality of work life among education employees in the province of Sidi Bel Abbès. ــ The level of digitalization adoption among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbès province is high. ــ The quality of work life among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbès province is high. ــ There are statistically significant differences in digitalization adoption among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbès province attributed to the variable of professional experience, favoring those with less than 10 years of professional experience. ــ There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of work life among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbes province attributable to the variable of professional experience.

    "This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a therapeutic program based on Schema Therapy in reducing both maladaptive cognitive schemas and emotional deprivation among a sample of adolescents. The researcher adopted a quasi-experimental method, and the study sample consisted of 10 adolescents aged between 15 and 17 years, equally divided into two groups: an experimental group (5 individuals) and a control group (5 individuals). The therapeutic program was applied only to the experimental group during a specific intervention period. Two scales were used in the study: the short version of the Early Maladaptive Schemas Questionnaire (Young, 1999), and the Emotional Deprivation Scale by Salman (2002). Both instruments were administered to the two groups before the start of the program and after its completion. The results were analyzed using the independent samples t-test, the paired samples t-test, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Additionally, effect size was calculated using Cohen’s d coefficient. The results revealed statistically significant differences between the two groups in the post-test, in favor of the experimental group, in both the intensity of early maladaptive schemas and the level of emotional deprivation, indicating the effectiveness of the therapeutic program. Furthermore, the comparison between the follow-up and post-test scores showed no statistically significant differences, which suggests the stability of the improvement after the program’s completion and reflects the long-term effectiveness of the intervention. No significant differences were observed between males and females within the experimental group, indicating a similar response across genders. The pre-test results showed a relatively high level of emotional deprivation and maladaptive cognitive schemas, highlighting the importance of therapeutic intervention. The study recommends incorporating schema-based therapy into psychological programs targeting adolescents, especially those suffering from emotional difficulties rooted in early deprivation experiences.

    This study aimed to explore the relationship between social media addiction and quality of life among university students, through a field study conducted on a sample of students. The research examined the extent of students' use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, and the impact of this excessive use on various aspects of their lives: psychological, social, academic, and health-related. Based on this context, the following research questions were raised: ● Is there a statistically significant correlation between social media addiction and quality of life among university students? ● Are there statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of social media addiction? ● Are there statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of quality of life? To address these questions, we formulated hypotheses as provisional answers. To test them, we adopted the descriptive correlational approach, using appropriate tools to collect data. These tools included the Social Media Addiction Questionnaire (SMAQ) developed by a group of researchers in 2016, and the WHOQOL-BREF Quality of Life scale developed by the World Health Organization. The instruments were administered to a sample of 200 male and female students enrolled at Belhadj Bouchaib University during the 2024–2025 academic year. To answer the research questions, we used SPSS V22 statistical software, employing the following statistical methods: Mean, standard deviation, T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s alpha. The study yielded the following key results: ● There is a statistically significant negative correlation between social media addiction and quality of life among university students (r = -0.388), indicating a moderate inverse relationship between the two variables. ● There are statistically significant gender differences in social media addiction levels, where the mean score among males was 2.073 (SD = 0.350), and among females 2.031 (SD = 0.326), pointing to a noticeable difference in addiction levels between the two groups. ● There are also statistically significant gender differences in the level of quality of life. The mean score among males was 3.862 (SD = 0.632), while among females it was 3.697 (SD = 0.469), indicating a slight advantage in males' perceived quality of life. In conclusion, the results highlight that understanding the nature of the relationship between social media addiction and quality of life requires a holistic perspective that integrates psychological, social, and technological dimensions. This understanding could support the development of effective interventions to promote a balanced use of digital tools and enhance students' quality of life in our society.

    This study aims to shed light on the criminal personality among individuals addicted to psychoactive substances by analyzing the traits of addicts who engage in criminal behavior. _The study adopts a psychosocial approach to understand how drug use affects an individual’s psychological structure and personality, ultimately leading to criminal behavior. The research was conducted on a sample of three clinical cases of individuals addicted to psychoactive substances, residing at the Wasit Center for Addiction Treatment in Ain Temouchent Province, aged between 17 and 30 years. _A set of psychological tools was used, including semi-structured interviews, observation, tests, and psychological scales. Among them were the Big Five Personality Traits Scale by Costa and McCrae, and the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) for adults, aiming to identify shared traits and repressed internal conflicts. _The study concluded that addicts who commit crimes under the influence of psychoactive substances exhibit moderate to high levels of neurotic traits such as tension, anxiety, anger, tendency to give up, self-consciousness, lack of self-confidence, and guilt. In some cases, traits such as conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness were also dominant. _The TAT results for the three cases revealed a borderline psychological structure, marked by weak identity organization and the use of primitive defense mechanisms such as projection, splitting, and denial. The cases showed impaired symbolic representation and imagination, along with blurred psychological boundaries between self and others. This reflects a clear psychological fragility that necessitates therapeutic intervention to enhance internal integration and construct a coherent inner narrative

    Mindfulness and its Relationship to Social Skills in Schizophrenia ""A Differentlal Clinical study of Two cases of Moderate Schizophrenia and Mild Schizophrenia "" This study aimed explore the level of Mindfulness and Social skills among individuals with Schizophrenia at Ahmed Medghri Hospital in Ain Temouchent. We also sought to identify differences between these two levels based on the severity of the schizophrenic disorder. To achieve these objectives, we used a descriptive approach based on a case study and various tools, including clinical observation and clinical interviews. We also used Mohamed El Sayed Abdel Rahman's Social Skills Scale (1998) and ahlem Mahdi Abdullah's Mindfulness Scale (2013). The study subjects were two intentionally selected men aged 45 to 50. We concluded that the level of mental alertness ans Social skills among individuals with moderate Schizophrenia was low, while it was average among those with mild Schizophrenia. The study also found a correlation between alertness and Social skills, with differences in alertness and social skills attributed to the severity of the disorder .

    The current study aimed to investigate and determine the nature of the relationship between thinking styles and problem- solving among a sample of first-year pupils at « Ben dalla Ali » secondary school in Ain Temouchent. To achieve the study ‘s objectives , a descriptive correlational approach was adopted. The study employed two main instruments : the Thinking styles inventory by Sternberg and Wagner(2019), modified from Aissaoui kafia (2019), And the problem- solving inventory by Heppner and Petersen (1998) which was adapted by Ferhat ben Nasser(2022) on the Algerian environment. The instruments were administered to an iccidentally selected sample of 60 students(19 males and 41 females), from both scientific and literary streams. After conducting statistical analyses, the study arrived at the following findings. - No statistically significant relationship was found between thinking styles and problem- solving among secondary school pupils - no statistically significant differences were observed in thinking styles based on gender - No statistically significant differences were observed in thinking styles based on academic stream(scientific vs. Literary). - The level of problem-solving among the students is average To conclude, the results were discussed in light of previous research and theoretical frameworks, and several recommendations were proposed accordingly.
