This research dealt with the topic of the narrative structure and
cultural dimensions in the anecdotal group qho buys the dirt for
Amna Bin Mansour in the theoretical chapter, the short story
was discussed in terms of concept , upbringingand the most
Important pioneers besides the features of the short story in
Algeria.
As for the applied chapter entitled the Narrative Structure and
Cultural Dimensions in theanecdotal group , Who Buys the Dirt
for Amna Ben Mansour model , we have made a for malstudy
of the story collection.
And its narrative structure , then we extracted a set of cultural
dimensions reprented in the social dimension ; the political
dimension ; and the hitirical dimznsion.
Racism in Toni Morrison’s The Bluest Eye

This thesis examines the presentation of racism in Toni Morrison's The Bluest Eye, focusing
on how internalised, interpersonal, institutional and structural forms of racism intersect to
shape identity and self-perception. Set in mid 20th century Ohio, Morrison’s narrative exposes
the destructive power of Eurocentric beauty standards, revealing whiteness as both a social and
psychological weapon. Drawing on critical race theory, postcolonial thought, and historical
analyses, this study situates the novel within the legacy of slavery and the cultural construction
of whiteness. Through close textual analyses, it explores how systemic oppression infiltrates
everyday interactions, fractures Black selfhood , and perpetuates cycles of exclusion and self-
loathing. Ultimately, this work argues that The Bluest Eye functions not only as a poignant
literary portrayal of a young girl’s tragedy but also as a profound critique of the enduring racial
ideologies that continue to shape beauty, belonging, and humanity in American society.

The Role of Social Responsibility in Reducing Social Risks in the Enterprise :
Social responsibility plays a crucial role in reducing social risks within an organization. By adopting socially responsible practices, companies can build stronger relationships with employees, customers, and the community, which helps prevent social conflicts and enhance stability. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives—such as ensuring fair working conditions, promoting equality, protecting the environment, and supporting local development—contribute to minimizing risks like labor disputes, reputation damage, and community opposition.
Furthermore, integrating social responsibility into corporate strategy improves trust and transparency, which strengthens the organization’s resilience to social and economic challenges. Ultimately, CSR acts as a preventive and corrective mechanism that not only mitigates social risks but also promotes sustainable development and long-term organizational success.

"The research aims to clarify the effectiveness of the floating insurance
policy in providing effective legal protection for the insured during maritime
transport, through the study of its nature, advantages, and the insurance coverage
mechanisms it offers. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical method,
which allowed for the interpretation of the policy’s conditions and the analysis
of the legal frameworks governing maritime insurance. The results indicated that
the policy provides comprehensive and continuous legal protection for
transported shipments, thereby enhancing the stability of commercial
transactions and reducing financial risks. Furthermore, the clarity of obligations
related to providing accurate information contributes to protecting the interests
of the parties. In addition, the flexibility of coverage offered by the policy
reduces legal and administrative complexities and accelerates the claims
procedures. The study confirms that this policy represents an integrated legal
model that balances the interests of the parties and ensures the continuity of
maritime transport."

"number of women from diverse backgrounds lack access to specialized, flexible, and accessible
training content that respects their specific needs and fits into their daily responsibilities. This
gap is further deepened by the absence of platforms that provide real and ongoing support to
help women maintain balance between their multiple roles and personal aspirations.
In response to this challenge, SamaSpace offers an innovative solution in the form of a smart
digital platform that integrates practical training programs, expert-guided educational content,
and interactive community support. Together, these elements create a safe and comprehensive
learning environment that enables women to acquire impactful skills that reinforce their role
within the family and society.
The project was developed based on a thorough analysis of the real needs of the target audience
and an in-depth study of the market and competition. It is supported by well-structured
marketing strategies and clearly defined implementation phases. Furthermore, its internal
environment was carefully assessed through the effective mobilization of human and technical
resources, and the establishment of a strategic network of partnerships with trainers, influencers,
and support centers. This ensures the production of high-quality, value-driven content, while
securing the project’s developmental and financial objectives and ensuring its sustainability and
growth over time"
