Abstract

This study to identify organizational leadership and its relationship to job performance among nurses of the public hospital of march 19,1962 in Beni Saf, Ain Temouchent Province. The organizational leadership and job performance questionnaire was used and applied to a random sample of 135 male and female ح nurses. After analyzing the results statistically using the statiscal Package for social Sciences )spss 20(, the study reached the following results: - Relationship between organizational leadership and job performance among nurses at the public hospital of march 19,1962 Beni Saf. - There are no statistically significant differences in organizational leadership and job performance among nurses at the public hospital of march 19,1962 Beni Saf attributed to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in organizational leadership and job performance among nurses at the public hospital of march 19,1962 Beni Saf attributed to the age variable.
