Abstract

This study aimed to identify the application of digitization and its relationship to the quality of work life among education employees in the province of Sidi Bel Abbes, We adopted a descriptive approach and applied two questionnaires to collect data on the two variables (digitization and quality of work life). The digitization questionnaire prepared by Dhuyu Fadhila and Shakhma Basma (2022) was adopted, and the quality of work life questionnaire prepared by Ben Khaled Abdel Karim (2017) was adopted due to the convergence of studies. The study community consists of education employees for the state of Sidi Bel Abbes, and the study sample amounted to (80) employees in the Education Directorate for the state of Sidi Bel Abbes. We also relied on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and Humanities (SPSS) version 26 to analyze the data , and we reached the following results: ــ There is a statistically significant correlation between the application of digitization and the quality of work life among education employees in the province of Sidi Bel Abbès. ــ The level of digitalization adoption among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbès province is high. ــ The quality of work life among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbès province is high. ــ There are statistically significant differences in digitalization adoption among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbès province attributed to the variable of professional experience, favoring those with less than 10 years of professional experience. ــ There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of work life among education employees in Sidi Bel Abbes province attributable to the variable of professional experience.
