Abstract

The aim of the current study is to investigate the relationship between sleep disorders and managerial creativity among the employees of belhadj university .the study reached the following conclusions: The study hypotheses were formulated as follows : *There is q statistically significant correlation between sleep disorders and managerial creativity among the employees of belhadjbouchaib university in ain temouchent . *To what extent do sleep discorders affect managerial creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university aintemouchent. *There are differences in the levels of sleep disorders and managerial creativity based on age , gender , and years of experience. The level of sleep disorders among the employees of belhadjbouchaib university in ain temouchent is high . The level of managerial creativity among the employees of belhadjbouchiab university in ain temouchent. The study sample consisted of 120 employees from belhadjbouchaib university in aim temouchent .in order to achieve the study's objectives and validate the hypotheses , two research instrument focused on sleep disorders, developed by dr . anwaral-banna( 2007). Initially ,the tool contained 41 items .it was first submitted to expert reviewers for validation , resulting in the removal of some statements. The final version of the scale consisted of 39 items. It is important to note the original scale was standardized on a Palestinian sample , which implies that it may not be fully suitable for application in different societies or environment without restandardirdization or assessing its appropriateness for the new context . therefore , the exploratory study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the sleep disorder scale and its applicability in the Algerian context . these psychometric properties refer to essential aspects such as vatidity and reliability . thereliability of the scale was confirmed using various methods , leading to the final version containing 39 items. The managerial creativity scale included 27 items and was adaministered to the study sample of 120 employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent .this was done after confirming the psychometric properties of the tool and ensuring its appropriateness and suitability for the main study. We relied on the statistical calendar for social sciences and spss in the statistical analysis, and the following results were reched: *There is a statistically significant correlation belween sleep disorders and administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent. *Sleep disorsersqffectmanagerial creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university aintemouchent *There are statistically differences in sleep disorders and administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent , explained by the variables of age , gender ,and seniority. *The level of sleep disorders among employees at belhadjbouchaibuniversity in aintemouchent is low . *The level of administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaib university in aintemouchent is also low. The obtained results were interpreted based on previous studies as well as the theoretical framework of this study . In addition, several veriables( age , gender, educational specialization , years of experience , and marital status) were mentioned as potential factors inftuencing the presence or absence of a relationship between sleep disorders and administrative creativity among employees at belhadjbouchaibuniversity in aintemouchent . the study concluded with a general summary, highlighting its contribution to society , along with several recommendations and suggestions for future research.
