Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational trust,
as one of the factors influencing professional achievement and job stability,
among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.
Additionally, the study sought to determine the variables affecting
organizational trust and job stability, represented by: age, gender, educational
level, and professional experience.
To achieve the objectives of this study, the two students used the
descriptive method. To collect the necessary data, a questionnaire containing
51 items was used, distributed across two variables: organizational trust and
job stability. The tool was applied to a sample of 80 employees at Belhadj
Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.
To test the study hypotheses, the following statistical methods were used:
Percentages, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, Pearson correlation
coefficient, independent samples t-test, ANOVA test, Cronbach's alpha
coefficient, and multiple regression analysis, all conducted using the SPSS
program.
The results showed the following:
 The level of organizational trust is high.
 The level of job stability is high.
 The dimensions of organizational trust contribute to predicting job
stability among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Aïn
Témouchent
 There are no statistically significant differences in organizational trust
attributed to gender among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib
University in Ain Temouchent.

 There are no statistically significant differences in job stability attributed
to professional experience among the employees at Belhadj Bouchaib
University in Ain Temouchent.
