Item تحليل الاداء المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة فرتيال(University of Ain Temouchent, 2025) سلاك،إبتسام; دريش،زهرةThis study aims to analyze the financial performance of Fertial during the period 2017-2019, with the objective of assessing its financial position and identifying strengths and weaknesses in its management. The analysis relied on a set of key financial ratios and indicators, supported by comparative assessments, to provide an objective and accurate evaluation of profitability, liquidity, and resource utilization efficiency. The findings indicate relative stability in profitability and liquidity levels, while revealing certain shortcomings in working capital management and financial resource utilization. Moreover, The results highlight the crucial role of financial analysis in supporting decision-making processes, enhancing strategic planning capacity, and ensuring sustainability. Based on these findings, the study proposes several practical recommendations, including strengthening cost control, improving asset utilization, and adopting more effective financing strategies to mitigate potential financial risks. This study relied on both the analytical and descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect. To answer the study problem, a questionnaire form (66 questionnaires) was designed and distributed to a group of employees of public banks in the state of Ain T’émouchent . The statistical program SPSS version 27 was used to process and test the hypotheses. One of the results reached after analyzing the study data is that there is a statistically significant positive impact of developing electronic banking services in improving the financial performance of the banks under study at the level of 0.05.Item مساهمة التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين الأداء البنكي دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري(University of Ain Temouchent, 2025) بلغزلي, الغازي يحي; بهلول, بهية جمعة; بن الدين, نور الهدىThis study aims to assess the level of interest shown by Algerian banks in financial technology (FinTech) and its impact on banking performance, through an empirical case study conducted on a national Algerian bank operating across all its branches in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent. The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 48 employees across the bank’s branches. The SPSS statistical software was employed to analyze the data and test the study’s hypotheses. Main Findings: • The study revealed a growing interest by the bank in adopting digital solutions, particularly in electronic banking and automation systems. The study examined the effectiveness of traditional financing in the success of entrepreneurial projects, focusing on the challenges facing this type of financing. It also presented various Islamic financing mechanisms and their various forms that meet the needs of various economic sectors. The results concluded that Islamic finance can be a successful alternative to conventional finance in supporting entrepreneurial projects, especially small and medium-sized ones, provided that Islamic finance formulas and tools are diversified to meet the diverse needs of projects, while fully adhering to the provisions of Sharia.Item دور القطاع الفلاحي في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي-مشروع تجفيف الخضر و الفواكه(University of Ain Temouchent, 2025) ڨناوي, ميسوم; حسناوي, مريمThis study aims to highlight the importance of the fruit and vegetable drying project as an investment initiative aligned with agricultural sector development and food security efforts in Algeria. The project was chosen due to the growing need for modern preservation techniques to reduce waste and utilize surplus production. The findings reveal that the project creates added value for agricultural products, generates new job opportunities, and enhances local market competitiveness against imports. Market analysis also showed strong demand, especially during off-season periods. This study falls within the analytical approach that combines theoretical and practical aspects, where the theoretical side addresses the basic concepts related to Total Quality Management and competitive advantage, focusing on the relationship between them in an ever-changing business environment characterized by intense competition. On the practical side, a field study was conducted at the Mobilis institution in Ain Temouchent to evaluate the extent of the application of Total Quality Management principles and analyze its impact on enhancing the institution's position in the local market. The study found a positive correlation between green economy and economy and ecocomie growth, except that the relationship between economic growth and the proportion of irrigation land out of total agricultural land was inverseItem تحديات التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر(University of Ain Temouchent, 2025) بن عمر, يسرى; بلحاجي, يوسف; بوعلي, عبد القادر"This study aims to shed light on the challenges of electronic commerce in Algeria and the obstacles that hinder its development, as well as to analyze the extent of the Algerian society’s acceptance of this modern type of transactions. The study focused on understanding the general concept of electronic commerce, its characteristics, and its stakeholders, in addition to the legal framework that regulates it in Algeria. The questionnaire was chosen as the data collection tool. However, a questionnaire that contains a set of items requires validity verification by presenting the items to a group of experts. It also requires reliability verification, which means the consistency and coherence of the items it contains. The reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and cross-tabulation tables. The results showed that e-commerce in Algeria is still in its early stages and faces several difficulties. The most prominent among them are: weak digital infrastructure, inefficiency of electronic payment systems, and the limitations of the legal framework, as well as lack of awareness. The study proposed appropriate solutions to overcome the challenges facing e-commerce in Algeria. The research was based on a field studyconducted at the Agency Ain Temouchentbranch of Banque d'Algerie Exterieure. The results revealed that the opening of Islamic banking service windows within conventional banks primarily sought to enhance customer satisfaction. However, the analysis indicated that customer satisfaction levels ranged from moderate to high, particularly concerning feelings of trust and reassurancein the financial transactions offered by the bank's Islamic windows. The descriptve analysis of the sample was used to know the attude of consumers on this subject. The results showed that there is no diference in the responses between the male and female groups, and on the other hand, the Algerian consumer has the desire and potental to use the electronic payment service, and has the ability to adapt to it in the future. The topic was addressed as one of the key issues imposed by economic and technological changes, highlighting its importance in strengthening the integration of large segments of the population into the formal financial system. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 36 employees at the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie branch in Aïn Témouchent. This study relied on a descriptive approach, exploring the role of AI in enhancing the efficiency and quality of banking services in the banking sector. We studied the experiences of some leading banks in the field of AI using an analytical approach, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and the most important initiatives undertaken by India in this field. The study concluded that AI plays a significant role in improving the quality of banking services across the Indian banking sector, contributing to lower service costs, supporting competitiveness, and increasing customer loyalty. The empirical results revealed the existence of a long-term cointegrated relationship between the variables. The study showed a negative effect of both the agricultural and service sectors on economic growth in the long run, unlike the industrial sector, which had a positive impact. The study was applied to the Algerian Foreign Bank - Ain Temouchent Agency as a field study model. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a random sample of the agency's customers. SPSS was used to analyze the data and test the study's hypotheses. The study found a statistically significant positive relationship between some dimensions of e-service quality, including security and privacy, customer service, and website efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Other dimensions, such as reliability and trustworthiness, responsiveness, and website design, did not show any statistical significance on customer satisfaction levels. Based on these results, a set of recommendations were proposed to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the credibility of e-services, providing a high degree of trust, and ensuring that services are provided at the same level of quality every time.
