Abstract
This study aims to identify the extent to which artificial intelligence (AI) has contributed to improving the quality of banking services, which has revolutionized electronic financial systems. This study relied on a descriptive approach, exploring the role of AI in enhancing the efficiency and quality of banking services in the banking sector. We studied the experiences of some leading banks in the field of AI using an analytical approach, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and the most important initiatives undertaken by India in this field. The study concluded that AI plays a significant role in improving the quality of banking services across the Indian banking sector, contributing to lower service costs, supporting competitiveness, and increasing customer loyalty. This study also concluded with a set of suggestions and recommendations aimed at keeping pace with technological progress and encouraging interest in all things technological, as we live in an era characterized by rapid changes in the field of AI.
