مساهمة التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين الأداء البنكي دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of interest shown by Algerian banks in financial technology (FinTech) and its impact on banking performance, through an empirical case study conducted on a national Algerian bank operating across all its branches in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent. The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 48 employees across the bank’s branches. The SPSS statistical software was employed to analyze the data and test the study’s hypotheses. Main Findings: • The study revealed a growing interest by the bank in adopting digital solutions, particularly in electronic banking and automation systems. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between the adoption of FinTech tools and improvements in key performance indicators, such as service speed, reduced human error, and increased customer satisfaction. • However, challenges were identified, including limited digital training for some employees and insufficient technological infrastructure in certain branches
