This study aims to assess the level of interest shown by Algerian banks in financial technology (FinTech) and its impact on banking performance, through an empirical case study conducted on a national Algerian bank operating across all its branches in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent. The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 48 employees across the bank’s branches. The SPSS statistical software was employed to analyze the data and test the study’s hypotheses. Main Findings: • The study revealed a growing interest by the bank in adopting digital solutions, particularly in electronic banking and automation systems. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between the adoption of FinTech tools and improvements in key performance indicators, such as service speed, reduced human error, and increased customer satisfaction. • However, challenges were identified, including limited digital training for some employees and insufficient technological infrastructure in certain branchesen_US
