Résumé
"The study aimed to clarify the extent to which islamic financial products and
their diversity impact customer satisfaction ,as well as to highlight the
importance if this diversity in meeting customer needs in light of the evolution
of banking
Transaction, to achieve this goal a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of
customers at several banks that implement islamic banking in Algeria including
the bank of agriculture and rural development ,the study seeks to collect the
necessary primary data to analyze the relationship between the diversity of
islamic financial products and the level of customer satisfaction .
The study concludes that there is a statistically significant relationship between
the diversity of islamic financial products such as :murabha , ijara mudaraba and
istisnaa and customer satisfaction this indicates the importance of providing
Sharia compliant financial solutions that meet the needs of various customer
segments and contribute to strengthening trust in banking institutions
