Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of financial inclusion on improving the quality of banking services through a field study conducted at the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie branch in Aïn Témouchent. The topic was addressed as one of the key issues imposed by economic and technological changes, highlighting its importance in strengthening the integration of large segments of the population into the formal financial system. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 36 employees at the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie branch in Aïn Témouchent. The results of the study revealed a statistically significant relationship between the level of implementation of financial inclusion and the quality of banking services offered by the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie branch in Aïn Témouchent.
