Abstract
"This study aims to shed light on
the reality of the use of the
electronic payment service in
Algeria, and the extent of the
Algerian consumer's response from
payment card users to this service,
where about 110 observatons
were collected from diferent ages
and social groups. The descriptve
analysis of the sample was used to
know the attude of consumers on
this subject.
The results showed that there is no diference in the responses
between the male and female
groups, and on the other hand, the
Algerian consumer has the desire
and potental to use the electronic
payment service, and has the ability
to adapt to it in the future.
Most of the responses indicated
the positve background of the
Algerian consumer towards the use
of this service, and it was clear
from the overall opinions that
more incentve measures should
be taken and informaton
campaigns should be intensifed,
as well as the generalizaton and
expansion of the use of the
electronic payment service in a way
that beter serves the aspiratons of consumers in the future."
