Abstract
This study aims to highlight the role of Total Quality Management as a strategic tool to support competitive advantage within Algerian economic institutions, through a case study of Mobilis - Ain Temouchent unit. This study falls within the analytical approach that combines theoretical and practical aspects, where the theoretical side addresses the basic concepts related to Total Quality Management and competitive advantage, focusing on the relationship between them in an ever-changing business environment characterized by intense competition. On the practical side, a field study was conducted at the Mobilis institution in Ain Temouchent to evaluate the extent of the application of Total Quality Management principles and analyze its impact on enhancing the institution's position in the local market. Data collection tools such as interviews and questionnaires were used to gather employees' opinions on the extent of quality application and its effect on improving the overall performance of the institution.
