The fieldworkspannedfromearly January to early May 2025. The main findings of the study can besummarized as follows. The study revealed a high level of entrepreneurial culture among students at the University of AinTemouchent, particularly those affiliated with the Center for Entrepreneurship Development. This was largely attributed to awareness-raising efforts and support mechanisms that contribute to fostering and activating the entrepreneurial spirit among students, enabling them to engage with the labor market. However, this engagement varies across disciplines, with notably higher interest observed among students in technical and scientific fields. The existence of a supportive educational environment characterized by training programs, financial assistance, mentorship, and business incubators-plays a significant role in the successful adoption of entrepreneurial ventures. The promotion of core entrepreneurial values such as creativity, initiative, and autonomy encourages individuals to develop innovative and realistic project ideas. Nonetheless, participation remains low among students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. There is a general lack of awareness, particularly among students in literary and social science disciplines, regarding the role of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development in strengthening entrepreneurial culture and facilitating the transition from theoretical knowledge to practical application. Students in the humanities and social sciences exhibit a notably weaker entrepreneurial intention compared to their counterparts in technical and scientific disciplines. This can be explained by two main factors: an academic factor related to the nature of their fields of study, and a socio-cultural factor linked to prevailing perceptions and societal attitudes. An exception to this trend is observed among students of clinical psychology, whose field incorporates a relatively technical orientation, resulting in a more pronounced entrepreneurial inclination. Our study aims to explore the impact of distance learning on university students' academic achievement. The findings revealed a link between training and career mobility, particularly in terms of horizontal mobility, with many employees having moved between departments after participating in training programs. However, training is not viewed as a key mechanism for promotion, which is generally perceived to depend more on seniority than on competence. The study concludes that training can be an effective driver of career mobility, provided there is genuine administrative will, careful planning, and a clear alignment between training programs and the institution’s human development goals.Item الفئات العمالية و مسارات التنشئة المهنية بمدبغة تافنة العامرية(UNIVERSITY OF AIN TEMOUCHENT, 2025-06-23) مرقاش, محمد; القيزي, عبد الحفيظOur study focused on working-class groups and professional socialization, aiming to understand how professional identity is formed among these groups through mechanisms of socialization.
