Résumé
This study aims to shed light on the reality of digital transformation in
educational institutions, and to identify its role in improving the quality of the
educational and administrative process. It also sought to reveal the extent of the
use of digital technologies and educational platforms, and their impact on raising
the efficiency of educational performance and improving learners' academic
achievement.
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the
questionnaire was used as the main tool to collect data from sample members, as
their answers were analyzed to draw conclusions related to the extent of
application of digital transformation and the factors affecting it.The results
showed a positive relationship between digital transformation and improving the
quality of education, and also showed that the use of digital technologies
contributes to raising the efficiency of the educational process and enhancing
interaction between teachers and learners. It has also been shown that the
success of digital transformation depends largely on the availability of
technological infrastructure, the training of human cadres, and support for the
use of digital educational platforms.On the other hand, the study revealed the
existence of some challenges that hinder the implementation of digital
transformation, such as weak technical capabilities, lack of training, and
resistance to change.
The study concluded that digital transformation has become a fundamental
necessity for developing educational institutions, improving the quality of
education, and keeping pace with modern technological developments.
