Abstract

"presenting the key concepts associated with them, clarifying their position within the university environment, and examining the extent to which universities contribute to fostering students’ inclination toward this field. This is achieved through the provision of scientific knowledge, pedagogical support, and services that help students understand the mechanisms of establishing startups and encourage entrepreneurial spirit and freelancing. Given the growing importance of startups, they have become a significant area of research for scholars due to their role in promoting economic and social development, creating job opportunities, and stimulating innovation and creativity among university students. This study addresses the concept of startups as a modern professional alternative, as well as university students’ perceptions of this direction, their interest in freelancing, and the creation of their own projects. Additionally, it examines the extent to which universities contribute to motivating students toward startups by providing relevant information, training, and necessary guidance in this field.
