Résumé
This studyaimed to analyze the nature of organizational action within the educational system. It
sought to clarify the nature of the relationship between conflict dynamics and negotiation
mechanisms in light of power and the strategic maneuvering of actors. The study was guided
by the central research question: How is organizational action embodied in the dynamics of
conflict and negotiation between educational actors at Mliha Hamidou Secondary School, and
to what extent do these dynamics contribute to the reproduction of the organizational
system?. Adopting a qualitative analytical approach that combined descriptive and comparative
methods within a case study design, the research utilized semi-structured interviews and
participant observation. The study sample consisted of 30 purposively selected participants,
including teachers and administrative staff at Mliha Hamidou Secondary School in Ain
Temouchent. The fieldwork spanned from early march to early May 2026. The main findings of
the study can be summarized as follows:
The educational institution is not a rigid bureaucratic structure but a stage for
organizational action driven by actors' strategies.
Conflict is a structural phenomenon arising from competition over power resources
and zones of uncertainty.
Informal negotiation serves as the primary mechanism for absorbing tensions and
ensuring the balance and continuity of the educational system.
