Résumé

in recent decades, the health sector has wintnessed a radical change due to the rapid developments in management systems and medical services, as the internal workig environment has become a strategic tool in various hospital institutions,especially in the field of improving job performance. This transformation has imposed new challenges on health institution that have become required to adopt an integrated work environment that ensures the quality of the performance of their members and their response to changing requirements of the service. In this context. The work environment is no longer limited to physical aspects and human relations . This makes the study of the relationship between the internal work environment and the quatily of job performance within the health sector crucial because it reflects the readiness of these institutions to achieve effective professional performance. Through our study, we aim to reveal the role of the Internal work environment in achieving the quality of job performance in hospital Institutions, by studying the relationship between this variable and a set of basic dimensions, namely: physical conditions organisational aspects and, human relations. the descriptive method has bee adopted to analyse the dimensions of the subject, where we tried to provide an accurate description and scientific analysis of the phenomenon of the work environment under research.includig measuring its impact on job performace. The study was conducted on a sample of 60employees from various ranks and disciplines ,Using a structured questionnaire consisting of 27 questions distributed over four axes for the purpose of collecting field data. Our study included a methodological and an applied aspect in which we formulated the results reached after unloading and analyzing the data collected through the distributed forms.
