Résumé
This study aims to clarify the relationship between Total Quality Management and competitive advantage at the level of Algeria Telecom in Ain Temouchent. The study relied on a purposive sample consisting of 36 employees, and the SPSS v26 software was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of Total Quality Management on competitive advantage. It also led to a set of recommendations. emphasizing the necessity of adhering to the implementation of Total Quality Management in order to achieve outstanding performance that contributes to gaining a competitive advantage
