    This study aimed to highlight the importance of Human Resources Management Digitization in improving job performance within public institutions, through a case study of the Public Institution of Community Health in El-Amria (Ain Temouchent). The sample consisted of 40 employees, and data were collected using a questionnaire designed to measure their attitudes toward digitization and job performance. The researchers adopted the descriptive- analytical method, given its suitability for the nature of the topic and its problematics, supported by statistical tools such as Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Cronbach’s Alpha within the SPSS program to ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results revealed a strong and statistically significant relationship between Human Resources Management Digitization and the improvement of job performance. Specifically, technological infrastructure and communication networks were found to effectively enhance work efficiency and streamline procedures, whereas software applications did not show a statistically significant impact. The study concluded that digital transformation represents a strategic option that contributes to enhancing employees’ efficiency and achieving organizational effectiveness.

    This research aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on human resources performance, with a focus on the case of the Office for Housing Promotion and Property Management (OPGI) in Aïn Témouchent. The study employed the descriptive-analytical approach in addition to a field-based method, which involved the use of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection from a sample of employees within the office. The findings revealed that digital transformation had a positive and statistically significant impact on human resources performance; however, this effect varied across the different dimensions of digital transformation. The human capital dimension showed the strongest positive impact, whereas the database dimension exhibited a negative effect, and the dimensions of technologies and processes had no statistically significant effect.

    This study addresses Customer Experience Management as a contemporary pillar for enhancing the relationship between institutions and their clients in the insurance sector. The research highlights that focusing solely on service quality is no longer sufficient; a comprehensive approach that considers all elements affecting the customer experience has become essential. To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, supported by a field study conducted on a sample of 70 clients, based on three main hypotheses and nine sub-hypotheses. Data analysis was performed using a suite of statistical tools, including SPSS (V27) for hypothesis testing and quantitative indicators, and Excel for designing charts and descriptive statistics, which provided a clear profile of the sample. The findings revealed that the institution–client relationship is variably influenced by the dimensions of Customer Experience Management. Service quality emerged as the most influential factor in improving clients’ responsiveness, while the competence of service staff played a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and building a stronger relationship. Meanwhile, the physical environment of service delivery contributed to reinforcing reliability by improving the overall institutional impression and strengthening the institution’s image among clients. These applied results confirm that achieving a positive customer expertise requires an integrated management of its various dimensions, which in turn strengthens and sustains the relationship between the insurance institution and its clients. Consequently, Customer Experience Management emerges as a strategic tool essential for ensuring the continuity of this relationship.

    This study aims to highlight the role of budgetary reform in rationalizing public expenditure, through a case study of the University Services Directorate at Belhadj Bouchaib University of Aïn Témouchent. The research adopted a descriptive and analytical method, supported by a field study, in order to assess the extent to which budgetary reform—based on a results-oriented approach—has contributed to improving the efficiency of financial management and rationalizing spending. The findings revealed that this reform has helped enhance transparency, improve monitoring and control mechanisms, and reduce certain forms of financial waste, despite persistent obstacles related to bureaucracy and limited human competencies. The study concluded that budgetary reform represents an effective tool for rationalizing public expenditure; however, its success requires a supportive organizational and human environment.

    " The Role of Social Responsibility in Reducing Social Risks in the Enterprise : Social responsibility plays a crucial role in reducing social risks within an organization. By adopting socially responsible practices, companies can build stronger relationships with employees, customers, and the community, which helps prevent social conflicts and enhance stability. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives—such as ensuring fair working conditions, promoting equality, protecting the environment, and supporting local development—contribute to minimizing risks like labor disputes, reputation damage, and community opposition. Furthermore, integrating social responsibility into corporate strategy improves trust and transparency, which strengthens the organization’s resilience to social and economic challenges. Ultimately, CSR acts as a preventive and corrective mechanism that not only mitigates social risks but also promotes sustainable development and long-term organizational success. "

    This study aimed to highlight the extent to which human resource management (HRM) practices contribute to enhancing organizational agility, through a field study conducted at the electricity and gas distribution company, Sonelgaz, in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent. The study addressed five key dimensions of HRM practices: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and incentive systems, performance appraisal, and occupational health and safety. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 70 employees. The data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V22, with the aim of determining the nature of the relationship between HRM practices and organizational agility. The results showed a positive and significant impact of HRM practices on organizational agility, as they contributed to varying degrees in improving the organization's ability to adapt to changes, accelerate decision-making, and achieve organizational flexibility."

    This study aimed to highlight the extent of the impact of agile leadership practices on enhancing organizational loyalty, through a field study conducted at the Medical gloves company TOP GLOVES, Aïn Témouchent. The study addressed five key dimensions of agile leadership practices: workplace organization, continuous improvement, standardized work, multiskilled workers, and flexibility on handling. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 120 employees. The data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V22, with the aim of the impact of agile leadership on enhancing organizational loyalty. The results showed a positive and significant impact of agile leadership on enhancing organizational loyalty, it contributed to varying degrees in building a positive organizational culture, making effective decisions, and promoting innovation and change.

    This study aims to shed light on the impact of digital transformation on improving human resource performance. The following tools were employed in the case study of the professors at Belhadj Bouchaib University: Spss V27.questionnaire, interview, and observation. A total of 100 professors were distributed to university professors at Ain Temouchent University. The study focused on how the use of digital technologies such as learning management systems, communication platforms, and administrative software- contributes to enhancing professional performance and increasing both educational and administrative efficiency among faculty members. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through structured questionnaires and interviews with a sample of university professors. The findings revealed that digital transformation has clearly contributed to improving professional organization, facilitating interaction with students, and simplifying administrative procedures. The applied study also highlighted challenges related to the digital infrastructure and the level of digital training among university faculty members.

    "This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture with its dimensions (values, beliefs, norms, expectations), on job integration at SONELGAZ directorate in Ain Temouchant, and in order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used. The tools of the study were the questionnaire distributed to 90 individuals from SONELGAZ workers in Ain Temouchant, and to analyze the data obtained we used the statistical package program (SPSS) version (26) and a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a moderate negative relationship between organizational culture and job integration. The study recommended the need to involve workers in the decision-making process, create programs for new employees to introduce them to the organization's culture and enhance their sense of belonging.     "The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of learning organization characteristics on banking service quality through a case study of BADR Bank in Algeria. The study investigates the relationship between organizational learning and employee skill development, and how this affects banking performance and service quality. It also examines the influence of demographic variables on these characteristics. Furthermore, it seeks to provide practical recommendations to promote organizational learning practices in banks to improve service quality and customer satisfaction in the face of environmental and technological challenges. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, using a structured questionnaire for data collection and statistical analysis. Results reveal a strong positive influence of learning organization characteristics on banking service quality. The findings also highlight the importance of a supportive organizational environment that encourages collective learning and innovation to boost competitiveness in the Algerian banking sector.     This study aimed to identify the role of servant leadership practices in achieving organizational excellence in Sonelgaz Ain Tamouchant, and in order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the tools of the study were the questionnaire distributed to 40 individuals from Sonelgaz Ain Tamouchant employees, and to analyze the data obtained, we used the statistical packages program (SPSS) version (26). A number of results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a strong correlation between servant leadership practices and organizational excellence in the research institution, and there is a statistically significant impact of servant leadership practices in achieving organizational excellence in Sonelgaz. The study also provided SAWAP9 recommendations, including the need to increase the knowledge of the leaders of the research institution on the concepts of servant leadership and ways to apply its dimensions, which will greatly contribute to developing the capabilities of employees and reaching outstanding performance, and constantly seeking to listen to the opinions of employees, to ensure that the organization has competent resources that may support it in achieving its goals.

    This study aimed to identify the impact of stakeholders on achieving competitive advantage at Algeria Telecom in Aïn Témouchent. The study employed a descriptive and analytical approach, relying on a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study population consisted of employees at Algeria Telecom - Aïn Témouchent. A representative sample of 66 employees was selected, which was processed using SPSS and a set of statistical methods. The study results concluded that there is a statistically significant impact between stakeholders in both dimensions (internal and external stakeholders) and competitive advantage. Therefore, it can be concluded that stakeholders at Algeria Telecom - Aïn Témouchent branch, both internal and external, play an effective role in creating a competitive advantage for the organization.

    The study aimed to demonstrate the extent to which the quality of work life affects organizational excellence at the Sonelgaz Company, Ain Temouchent branch. This was achieved by examining the relationship between the dimensions of quality of work life—such as the work environment, promotion opportunities, professional relationships, and wages—and the overall performance level within the organization. Research tools included interviews with human resources officials and a questionnaire directed to a sample of employees. The data were processed using the SPSS statistical program. The results showed a positive impact of both overall quality of work life and its dimensions on achieving organizational excellence. The study concluded that promotion opportunities, professional relationships, and fairness in the reward system are among the most important factors motivating performance and loyalty. Moreover, investing in the work environment and considering the psychological and social aspects of employees contribute to increased satisfaction and the achievement of organizational excellence.

    This study aimed to identify the role of e-training with its dimensions (quality of training content, training competencies of trainers, training environment, e-training infrastructure) and its impact on the performance of intellectual capital in Sonelgaz Ain Temouchant, in order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical methods were used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information, so that the number of members of the studied sample reached 06 individuals distributed among employees in Sonelgaz Ain Temouchant, and the data contained in the questionnaire were analyzed through the statistical program spssv26, and the study has a number of theoretical and applied results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between e-training and intellectual capital. The study reached a number of theoretical and applied results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between e-training and intellectual capital, and there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of e-training on the performance of intellectual capital in Sonelgaz. The study also provided several recommendations, including the need to strengthen the digital infrastructure, provide training content in line with the needs of employees, and encourage a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

    "This study aims to analyze the impact of the knowledge economy on the quality of higher education among university faculty members, based on the premise that the knowledge economy is a fundamental pillar for the advancement of the university system and for meeting the requirements of sustainable development. The research was conducted as a comparative study between two universities representing different contexts: Belhadj Bouchaib University – Aïn Témouchent (Algeria) and the University of Cartagena (Spain). Data were collected from a sample of 100 university professors (50 from each university) through a questionnaire, and statistical analysis was employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The study relied on both the descriptive analytical method and the comparative approach, and focused on four key dimensions of the knowledge economy: digital infrastructure, human capital development, research and development, and creativity and innovation in knowledge transfer and exchange. Their impact was examined on two dimensions of higher education quality: the academic competence of faculty and the curricula and educational content. The results revealed a statistically significant impact of the knowledge economy on higher education quality in both universities, with varying degrees of influence across the dimensions. Belhadj Bouchaib University showed relative superiority in the areas of human capital development and creativity and innovation, while the University of Cartagena excelled in digital infrastructure and research and development. The findings also demonstrated a relative convergence in indicators of academic competence and educational curricula, reflecting a shared orientation toward adopting academic quality standards despite differences in geographic and institutional contexts.     The study aimed to highlight the extent of the contribution of social responsibility to achieving a competitive advantage and to identify the dimensions of social responsibility that contributed to this advantage, in order to establish and analyze the relationship between the two variables based on an analytical approach. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was used to collect data related to the study for the purpose of analysis and result extraction. A random sample of 50 employees was selected from the studied community; 45 responses were retrieved, representing a recovery rate of 93.3% for data collection and analysis purposes. The hypotheses were tested using the statistical analysis program SPSS version 26. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of social responsibility and the achievement of competitive advantage.

    "The study aimed to explore the contribution of business intelligence (BI) with its dimensions data storage, data processing and analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques—in supporting strategic decision-making at the Savings and Reserve Bank of Ain Témouchent Agency. Additionally, it sought to identify strategic decisions and their dimensions, as well as their importance within organizations, to establish the relationship between the two variables. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted for analysis. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was used to collect relevant data, which was then analyzed to derive findings. A random sample of 35 employees was selected from the study population, and responses were retrieved for data collection and analysis. Hypotheses were tested using statistical analysis software. The study concluded that: There is a statistically significant correlation between business intelligence and strategic decision-making.
