Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of using digital education platforms, specifically the Moodle platform, on improving the teaching performance of professors at Ain Temouchent University Belhadj Bouchaib. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. A questionnaire was used the primary tool for data collection from a sample of 71 professors, and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS software. The study reached several key findings, most notably the existence of a statistically significant impact of using the Moodle platform on developing the pedagogical performance of professors. Detailed results showed that the "Content Management Tools" dimension was the most influential factor in improving teaching performance, while other dimensions (design quality, communication tools, and assessment tools) did not show a significant impact when studied collectively. In light of these results, the study recommended intensifying training sessions for professors on interactive and evaluative platform use to ensure a transition from mere file storage to integrated digital education.
