Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of ethical leadership in guiding sustainable administrative decisions within organizations. In a context marked by increasing economic, social, and environmental challenges, organizations are required to adopt management practices based on sustainability principles. The theoretical framework of this research highlights the key concepts related to ethical leadership and sustainable decision-making, as well as their main dimensions. Ethical leadership is based on values such as transparency, integrity, fairness, and responsibility, which positively influence organizational behavior and decision quality. Sustainable administrative decisions aim to achieve a balance between economic, social, and environmental dimensions, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. This study emphasizes the strong relationship between these two variables, demonstrating that ethical leadership plays a crucial role in promoting responsible and sustainable decisions. The findings underline the importance of strengthening ethical practices within organizations to enhance decision quality and support long-term sustainability.
