Abstract
The current research aims at the relationship between occupational
recognition and the effective functioning of workers at Bel Hadj Boushouayb
University with an eye to disparities between workers in these two variables
by sex. Age and seniority used the descriptive curriculum. To collect data, a
questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 80 individuals selected in a caste
random manner. The results of a statistical function have been achieved, as
follows: There is no correlation between professional recognition and the
effective functioning of the university administrators of Belhaj Boushouayb
University There are statistically significant differences in the impact of
professional recognition attributable to the sex variable of the University
administrators of Belhaj Boushaibe University and statistically significant
differences in the impact of professional recognition attributable to the age
variables of the University administrators of Belhaj Boushaibe University ",
