Abstract

The current research aims at the relationship between occupational recognition and the effective functioning of workers at Bel Hadj Boushouayb University with an eye to disparities between workers in these two variables by sex. Age and seniority used the descriptive curriculum. To collect data, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 80 individuals selected in a caste random manner.
