Résumé
"This study aims to examine the impact of change management on job satisfaction among employees.
The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of
employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and descriptive statistics to test the
research hypotheses.
The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between change management and
job satisfaction, indicating that change management has a meaningful effect in improving employees’
job satisfaction levels. The findings also showed that the practice of change management contributes
significantly to enhancing job satisfaction and explains a considerable proportion of its variation.
Accordingly, the study concluded that change management is a key factor in improving the work
environment and enhancing employee satisfaction within the studied organization, which supports
the validity of the proposiyt"
