Abstract
This study was concerned with identifying the relationship between organizational justice
and organizational conflict among the workers of the National Social Security Fund for Non-
Wage earners in Ain Tamouchant, using the organizational justice questionnaire and the
organizational conflict questionnaire that was applied to a sample of 78 workers. using the
descriptive method and after analyzing the results statistically using SPSS20. The
studyfound:
➢ The existence of a weak relationship between organizational justice and
organizational conflict among the workers of the National Social Security Fund for
the non-wage earners.
➢ There are no differences for organizational justice attributed to the gender variable
among the workers of the National Fund for Social Security for non-wage earners.
➢ There are no differences for organizational conflict attributable to the variable of
age among the workers of the National Fund for Social Security for the non-wage
earners.
