Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on
human resources performance, with a focus on the case of the Office for
Housing Promotion and Property Management (OPGI) in Aïn Témouchent. The
study employed the descriptive-analytical approach in addition to a field-based
method, which involved the use of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection
from a sample of employees within the office. The findings revealed that digital
transformation had a positive and statistically significant impact on human
resources performance; however, this effect varied across the different
dimensions of digital transformation. The human capital dimension showed the
strongest positive impact, whereas the database dimension exhibited a negative
effect, and the dimensions of technologies and processes had no statistically
significant effect.
