Résumé
This study aimed to identify the impact of digitalization on supporting administrative modernization within the Sonelgaz Corporation of Ain Temouchent by analyzing the contribution of digital transformation to improving administrative performance efficiency and developing management methods within the company. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach as the most suitable method for such applied studies.
A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool on a sample of 50 employees and executives of the institution. Data were analyzed using SPSS through several statistical methods, including arithmetic means, standard deviations, and linear regression analysis. The study concluded that digitalization has a statistically significant positive impact on administrative modernization, as it contributed to accelerating task completion, reducing administrative errors, improving coordination between departments, and enhancing administrative performance efficiency within the institution.
The results also showed positive attitudes among respondents regarding the importance of digital transformation in developing administration and improving work quality.
