Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of green talents in enhancing organizational change toward sustainability within an economic institution, by analyzing the relationship between the two variables. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, and statistical analysis was applied. The study found a positive impact of green talents and their management practices in supporting organizational change and improving the institution’s environmental performance, in addition to their contribution to spreading sustainability culture and reducing resistance to change. The results also confirmed that investing in green human resources represents a key pillar for achieving organizational sustainability.
