Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of modern management on the economic performance of the Sonelgaz company in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent, by examining the extent to which modern management tools contribute to improving organizational efficiency. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method as the most suitable approach for investigating the phenomenon. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool from a sample of 35 employees. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis software. The findings revealed a high level of application of modern management practices within the organization, with a statistically significant positive impact on economic performance. The results also showed that the economic performance is considered good from the respondents’ perspective.
