Résumé
This study aims to examine the role of digitalization of public administration using artificial intelligence in achieving the standards of Total Quality Management (TQM) at the National Employment Agency – Ain Temouchent Provincial Branch. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, distributed to a sample of 70 employees. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 26, employing various statistical methods including arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s Alpha, and simple linear regression analysis.
The study reached several theoretical and practical findings, most notably the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the digitalization of public administration and the use of artificial intelligence on the one hand, and the achievement of Total Quality Management on the other. The results also showed that digitalization contributes significantly to improving the quality of public services, while artificial intelligence plays a vital role in enhancing administrative performance and supporting decision-making processes. In light of these findings, the study recommends strengthening investment in digital infrastructure, intensifying training programs in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence, and developing robust data protection and cybersecurity systems within public administration institutions.
