Résumé

The present study aims to examine the relationship between organizational health and organizational integrity among a sample of nurses at the "Ahmed Medeghri" Public Hospital (EPH). The researchers adopted a descriptive approach, applying two measurement scales (the Organizational Health Scale and the Organizational Integrity Scale) to a sample consisting of 115 nurses. Objectives and Key Findings • Primary Objective: To reveal the nature of the relationship between organizational health and organizational integrity among nurses at the "Ahmed Medeghri" hospital. • Results and Recommendations: To propose conclusions and recommendations that may contribute to reducing negative effects related to organizational health. • Level Assessment: To determine the levels of both organizational health and organizational integrity within the sample of public health nurses. • Research Tools: To achieve these objectives, several tools were utilized, including personal interviews and the distribution of a questionnaire within the institution.
