Résumé

This study examines the role of digitalization as a strategic tool for modernizing administration and improving job performance, by presenting a theoretical framework that defines digitalization and its goals in achieving speed and accuracy. It also analyzes the concept of job performance in terms of its dimensions, influencing factors, and measurement criteria within organizations. The study highlights the positive relationship between digitalization and performance improvement through simplifying procedures, reducing bureaucracy, and enhancing employee satisfaction. It is supported by a field study at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Aïn Témouchent to assess the impact of digital infrastructure and provide practical recommendations.
