Résumé
This study aims to examine the impact of the digitization of the commercial
register on the investment climate in Algeria by analyzing the transition from a
traditional paper-based system to a digital system and its role in improving the
business environment and facilitating administrative procedures. The study
covers the theoretical framework of the electronic commercial register and
investment, followed by an empirical analysis based on a field study conducted
in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent, as well as a statistical analysis of survey data
collected from traders and investors. Using the SPSS software, The findings
show that the digitization of the commercial register has significantly
contributed to reducing processing time, lowering administrative costs, reducing
bureaucracy, and enhancing transparency among economic actors. The study
also confirms a statistically significant positive impact of digitization on
investment, as it improves the business climate and encourages the creation and
expansion of investment projects. Therefore, the study concludes that
digitization has become a key tool for supporting investment in Algeria
