Résumé
This study, entitled "The Impact of Internal Organizational Communication on
the Job Performance of Administrative Staff within the Municipality," aimed to
highlight the importance of internal organizational communication and
determine the extent of its influence on the job performance level of
administrative employees. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach,
and a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting field data. The study
concluded that the municipality possesses a well-established internal
communication system linked to its organizational structure, which contributes
to achieving administrative compliance and respecting the hierarchical chain of
command. The findings also revealed that organizational communication has a
direct and positive impact on job performance, as it enhances cooperation
between departments and facilitates the execution of tasks.
However, this system suffers from the absence of formal documentation of
procedures, which leads employees to rely on informal communication
channels. Regarding job performance, employees demonstrated an acceptable
level of discipline and commitment, while a culture of initiative and creativity
remains absent due to the weakness of both material and moral incentive
systems.
