Abstract
This study aimed to explore the relationship between talent management
and creative behavior among employees at Naftal Company in Ain Temouchent
Province. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach, using a
questionnaire as the main data collection tool, applied to a sample of 50
employees. Data were analyzed statistically with the SPSS software.
the findings revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between
talent management practices and creative behavior. This indicates that
strengthening talent management directly enhances employees’ engagement in
creative behaviors. Results also showed that gender did not produce statistically
significant differences in creative behavior, although numerical averages
indicated a slight tendency in favor of females. Regarding professional
experience, the findings demonstrated no significant differences in either talent
management or creative behavior attributable to years of service.
These results confirm that the work environment at Naftal provides a
balanced organizational framework that offers employees—regardless of gender
or years of experience—comparable opportunities to practice creative behavior
and contribute to institutional development.
