Abstract
This study aimed to highlight the importance of Human Resources
Management Digitization in improving job performance within public
institutions, through a case study of the Public Institution of Community Health
in El-Amria (Ain Temouchent). The sample consisted of 40 employees, and data
were collected using a questionnaire designed to measure their attitudes toward
digitization and job performance. The researchers adopted the descriptive-
analytical method, given its suitability for the nature of the topic and its
problematics, supported by statistical tools such as Pearson’s correlation
coefficient and Cronbach’s Alpha within the SPSS program to ensure the
validity and reliability of the instrument.
The results revealed a strong and statistically significant relationship between
Human Resources Management Digitization and the improvement of job
performance. Specifically, technological infrastructure and communication
networks were found to effectively enhance work efficiency and streamline
procedures, whereas software applications did not show a statistically significant
impact. The study concluded that digital transformation represents a strategic
option that contributes to enhancing employees’ efficiency and achieving
organizational effectiveness.
