This study aims to examine the role of electronic banking in promoting financial inclusion, through reviewing the concepts of electronic banking and financial inclusion, as well as analyzing their dimensions. A field study was conducted at the Foreign Bank of Algeria – Ain T'émouchent Agency, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed using a simple random sampling method, with a sample size of 41 customers. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Microsoft Excel 2007, based on descriptive and inferential statistical methods, including means, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients. The study reached several findings, the most important of which is that enhancing financial inclusion requires the availability of an appropriate infrastructure that plays a crucial role in enabling individuals to access various financial services. The results also revealed a strong positive relationship between electronic banking services and financial inclusion.
