La Satisfaction au travail comme facteur de motivation Etude de cas du Personnel ATS au sein de l’établissement Universitaire (UBBAT)

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the reality of the degree of job satisfaction of the Technical and Service Administrative Agents within the university establishment and to show the main sources of dissatisfaction identified in this survey. The results show that the characteristics are much more related to organizational climate and management.
