Résumé

The study concluded that administrative organization is a fundamental factor influencing teachers’ professional performance. The findings revealed that the clarity of tasks and responsibilities, respect for the administrative hierarchy, the effectiveness of internal communication, and the level of administrative motivation all contribute to creating a stable work environment that enables teachers to focus on their pedagogical duties and improve their professional performance. The study also showed that these elements are interrelated and that any deficiency in one of them negatively affects the quality of performance and the educational process. Accordingly, the study confirmed the existence of a positive relationship between the quality of administrative organization and the improvement of teachers’ professional performance at Mliha Hamidou Secondary School in Ain Temouchent Province. However, the results remain relative due to the limited sample size, which consisted of only ten teachers.
