Abstract
The primary objective of this study was to examine the influence of different
dimensions of organizational culture، including organizational structure، information
systems، shared values، and senior management practices، on the implementation of
،knowledge management processes within the Tax Directorate of Ain Témouchent.
Additionally، an analytical descriptive approach was adopted، and data was collected
through the distribution of a questionnaire among a random sample of 40 employees
representing various administrative levels. The collected data was subsequently analyzed
and processed using the statistical analysis software SPSS19.
The findings of the study indicated a significant and meaningful relationship between
the various dimensions of organizational culture and the implementation of ،knowledge
management processes within the Tax Directorate of Ain Témouchent
