Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of social interaction in raising
the level of performance of workers within the organization, and the
extent of the reflection of the social interaction process on workers
and the organization, as well as the knowledge of the mutual
influence between them, as it is a necessary element that affects
various aspects of the work of institutions so that no organization can
flourish without a strong social interaction between its members, as
the main engine for developing their skills and achieving outstanding

performance, there is no doubt that the nature of social interaction
prevailing in the workplace directly affects the performance of
workers, and therefore has a valuable contribution in building a
positive work environment characterized by the materialization of its
goals , and One of the most important findings of our study is Social
interaction really affects positively and to a great extent in raising the
level of workers' performance, as the better the performance, the
better it indicates the existence of positive and constructive social
interaction within the organization and vice versa.
