Abstract

This study addresses the topic of digitalization in administrative institutions and its impact on improving the quality of administrative services, through a field study conducted at the Directorate of Education in the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent. It aims to analyze the extent to which digitalization contributes to enhancing administrative performance within the studied institution. The study relied on a sample of 80 employees using the descriptive analytical method and a questionnaire as the data collection tool, and the data were statistically processed using SPSS. The results showed a positive effect of administrative digitalization on the quality of administrative services; however, this effect remains limited in strength. The findings also revealed variations in the impact of the sub-dimensions of digitalization, with no strong statistical significance for them. The study concluded that improving administrative performance is linked to the degree of integration and effective use of digital tools within the institution.
