The study addressed five key dimensions of HRM practices: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and incentive systems, performance appraisal, and occupational health and safety. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 70 employees. The data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V22, with the aim of determining the nature of the relationship between HRM practices and organizational agility. The results showed a positive and significant impact of HRM practices on organizational agility, as they contributed
