Abstract
This study aims to know the role of administrative leadership in
organizational change in the glove factory in Ain Temouchent to
reach the results we relied on the descriptive and analytical
method. We used the interview technique as a tool for the study,
where we interviewed 35 workers, 15 executives, 10 framework,
10 controllers of the workers of the institution and the study found
through the analysis that there is an integrative relationship
between administrative leadership and organizational change
through the skills of the leader and his focus on a successful
method to reach desirable results.
