Résumé
This study aims to explore gender identity disorder/gender dysphonia indicators and
their impact on the school behavior of middle-school learners. The research is based on a
clinical case-study approach supported by descriptive analysis. The sample consists of four
cases: two males aged 14 and 16, and two females aged 15 and 13. Where theIMRAD model
was used to present the study conten،t The study uses the Gender Identity Disorder Scale
attributed to Khattab Ahmed Mahmoud / Hanan Abu Al-Khair, in addition to semi-structured
clinical interviews, clinical observation, and a school behavior description grid. The research
focuses on the relationship between gender identity-related distress and school behavior,
including anxiety, withdrawal, peer interaction difficulties, adaptation problems, and
classroom participation. The study stresses the importance of confidentiality, ethical handling
of minors, and non-stigmatizing language.
