Abstract
This study aims to identify the trends between job satisfaction with
organizational culture, trends at the directorate of
Tax
of the mandate of
Ain Temouchent
workers towards the level of the prevailing organizational
culture And
also identify
the prevailing level of job satisfaction have, This adds
to the
knowledge of the impact of organizational culture with its various
dimensions in
the job satisfaction among workers.
The target population of the study consists of administrative workers at th
e
Academy of
Ain Temouchent
totaling
41
workers, The student used simple
random
sample method and a volume of
40
workers, Where the questionnaire
was
distributed them several field visit, And recovered of which

questionnaire is
valid for statistical
analysis The student has used the
descriptive analytical
approach to reach the results of the study Has been relying on several
statistical
methods to analyze data, including: Scale descriptive statistics,
Cronbach’s
Csefficient Alpha
,
regression analysis,
analysis of variance.
This study concluded that several of the most important results: It turns out
that the study variables own independent organizational culture (organizational
values, organizational beliefs, organizational expectation’s, organizationa
l
norms) has a direct effect on the dependent variable ( job satisfaction ) , as
interpreted by organizational culture (%3

) of the changes in the job
satisfaction among workers , based on the value of the coefficient of
determination R2.

any of the recommendations include: The Directorate of
attention and constant follow

up by the presidents of the suggestions offered by
subordinates, as well as provide the information needed by the staff in a timely
and streamlined in order to perform wor
k efficiently and effectively required, as
the Directorate adopt a common vision about the organizational values as a
major determinant of the behavior of workers
