Abstract
The study aimed to test the relationship of psychological burnout and
organizational silence among administrative workers at Belhaj University The
descriptive approach was used, and to achieve the objectives of the study,
reliance was placed on a special measure for psychological burnout, Amira
Khudair, Kazem Al-Anazi (2016) and a special measure for organizational
silence, Dr. Maha. Al-Banawi (2016) In addition to the primary data form, the
study sample consisted of 80 administrative workers who were randomly
selected. The data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS
20). It showed The results showed that there was a positive, statistically
significant correlation between burnout, and finally, the study presented a set
of recommendations, the most important of which were allowing clients to
express their opinions and ideas, encouraging them to compete collectively,
providing material and moral rewards to clients, and motivating them to work.
