Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of digitalization in improving the quality of healthcare services through a field study conducted at Ahmed Medghri Public Hospital in Ain Temouchent. The research focuses on the dimensions of digitalization requirements and their relationship with healthcare service quality. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach as it is suitable for addressing such topics, and a questionnaire is used as the main tool for data collection. The sample consists of 100 employees from various professional categories within the institution. The collected data are analyzed using SPSS, relying on statistical methods such as arithmetic means, standard deviations, and linear regression analysis. The findings indicate a statistically significant effect of digitalization requirements on improving healthcare service quality, as well as a high level of both digitalization implementation and service quality in the studied institution.
